Students can sign up or change their meal plan via myHousing

First-year freshman living on campus are required to have the Charger Pride Meal Plan .

After that, resident students may choose from three meal plan options:

  • Charger Pride
  • Charger Gold
  • Charger Blue

If you do not select a meal plan, the Charger Blue Meal Plan will be automatically assigned.

THE MARKETPLACE (Bartel's Hall)

  • Breakfast: Monday - Friday: 7:00am - 11:00am Saturday & Sunday: 8:00am to 11:00am
  • Lunch: Monday - Sunday: 11:00am - 4:30pm
  • Dinner: Monday - Friday: 4:30pm - 9:00pm, Saturday & Sunday: 4:30pm - 8:00pm

FOOD ON DEMAND (Westside Hall)

  • Breakfast: Monday - Friday: 7:00am - 10:30am
  • Lunch: Monday - Friday: 11:00am to 2:30pm
  • Brunch: Saturday & Sunday: 10:30am - 2:30pm
  • Dinner: Monday - Sunday: 4:30pm - 8:00pm

Charger Cash is extra money that you can preload onto your Charger Id Card under "Make a Guest Deposit" , allowing you to use those funds for purchases at various on-campus locations .

Each meal plan comes with Dining Dollars, which are automatically loaded onto your Charger ID Card. You can use Dining Dollars at the dining halls, coffee shops, and even the campus convenience store.

The amount of Dining Dollars you recieve depends on the meal plan you have.

Each semester, you'll also receive $50 in Flex Dollars, which can be used for purchases at the on-campus food trucks.

Dining Dollars automatically roll over from the fall semester to the spring semester , but any remaining Dining Dollars at the end of the academic year will be forfeited .

Meal equivalency allows you to use a meal swipe at Moe's or WoW, converting a meal swipe to give you a $7.75 credit toward your meal purchase.

  • Monday – Friday: 4:30pm - 11:00pm
  • Saturday & Sunday: 4:00pm - 11:00pm

If you wish to use the meal equivlancy credit, you must select it from the "Meal Equivalency" menu.

You can use up to two of your meal swipes at the food trucks each week, from Friday through Thursday. Food Truck swipes reset every Friday morning.

  • Students with Allergies can schedule a one-on-one consultation with Campus Dietitian Samantha Standish for personal guidance.
  • The Simple Servings station at The Marketplace offers dishes prepared without milk, eggs, wheat, soy, sesame, shellfish, peanuts, tree nuts, or gluten.
  • Additionally, Simple Zone is an enclosed pantry designed to safely store food items with precautions against cross-contact.
